Overview

The focus of Pollmine 360 degree program is to enable  a structure for ongoing productivity enhancement for employees:

  • Allows employees to understand their strengths and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Assist employees in creating a development plan that is in direct correlation to fundamental values of the company

  • Focus development efforts on opportunities and help monitor progress by feedback cycle.

The end result is direct productivity gain for the employee.

360 degree feedback process:

  • Enroll in the program and select feedback providers (Enroll and select)
  • Select a specific 360 degree survey and make changes in questions as needed
  • Send survey invitations
  • Take survey by giving self feedback
  • Monitor feedback and create a development plan (as needed)

 

Step 1: Enroll and Select a Type of 360 degree feedback survey

  • The first step is to enroll in the program and select a type of 360 degree feedback survey
  Survey Type Description
Individual 360 For all employees of an organization
Manager 360 For employees who have at least one direct report
Leadership 360 For senior management of an organization
Cross Group 360 For getting feedback from peers from another group in the organization
Customer & Partner 360 For getting feedback from customers and partners (Suitable for sales and support professionals)
